Def Leppard

Def Leppard is a band that started in 1977 but they didn't release an album until 1980 when they released "On Through The Night" which wasn't very successful. Joe Elliot (lead singer) and Rick Savage (bass) have been in the band since it started in 1977. Rick Allen replaced Tony Kenning on drums in '78, Phil Collen joined as a guitarist in 1982, and Vivian Campbell joined as a second guitarist in 1992. After releasing one of their 2 most successful albums "Pyromania" Rick Allen (drummer) lost his left arm in a car accident, but he remains the drummer for Def Leppard, working a lot with his legs to perform this task, and a few months after they released their other most successful album "Hysteria" with Rick Allen on drums. Def Leppard has released 13 albums including a greatest hits album and a live album, and these albums have produced huge hits such as "Pour Some Sugar On Me", "Photograph", "Bringin' On The Heart Break", and plenty more. In 2012 they are going on tour with Poison and Lita Ford.
